In addition, I have over 10 years of racing and coaching experience. As a coach, my philosophy is to help athletes develop to their full potential with training that includes adequate recovery between workouts. I believe that frequent physiological testing is key to monitoring progress and development. My coaching experience includes the following positions:
- Team manager and mechanic for The Hub/Devinci Cyclocross Race Team/ The Hub Bicycle Shop Race Club (2008 to present)
- Coach and manager of the Ciclo Werks Racing Team at the 2008 Rochester Omnium in Rochester , NY
- Head Mountain Bike Coach of the Youth Development Program for the Waterloo Cycling Club (2002 to present)
- Learn to Cyclo-Cross Clinic Coach for the Ontario Cycling Association (2004 to present)
